קצת קשה להסביר, ועוד יותר לשכנע איך: מי שחי בתודעת "אני מוסר לך התרעה למלחמה". מגיע למסקנה שהערכות האיוב לפתיחה במלחמה היא טעות עם "חשש למיסקלקולציה".
