I am now just over 2 months Tobacco Free. It's the worst. Smoking was a part of everything I did. Get in the car, light up. Get on the phone, light up. Finish a meal, light up. Wake up in the morning, light up,... etc. I had to break the habit, but I fear that the addiction will
