I have an AI document parsing pipeline running on Gemini 2.5 that we built 1 year ago the prompt- which we tuned to perfection- is over 20kb and obviously extremely detailed I just beat our benchmarks with Gemini 3.8 Flash using a prompt that is only 20 lines long
