@eames_taryn @ameliaUrquhart_ My personal experience while I was non-passing in a very conservative Christian state was that the more bubbly and nice I was the more I was accepted. Even when strangers made it clear they were initially uncomfortable with me, being upbeat visibly reversed it quickly.
