@MKnowlesShow @michaeljknowles What about the lawyer who-after the judge’s ruling-is still declaring that the “system” is at fault for the mistrial? Why isn’t the lawyer taking responsibility for failing to convince all 12 jurors? He’s saying “the system failed him.” No responsibility for anything.
