@CoachFrese exactly …when your first drill is 1v1 and you gotta get stops to be on offense …you’ll learn your limitations real quick …you can shoot 100 percent but it don’t matter if you can’t get a shot off … watch your coaches response to not getting stops vs missing shots ….
