@ItsKieranDrew Great thread, Kieran.
And happy birthday.
To add to your editing tip, you can also print it out which will help you spot more issues.

@GrammarHippy • Edit on your phone. You'll pick up more mistakes when you change the screen

@GrammarHippy • If you offer a guarantee, don’t just say the standard 30 day. Make it interesting. Give it a name. Spin it with a story. Every word is an opportunity to prove you're worth investing in.
• The only button on your sales page should be to buy your product. https://t

@GrammarHippy • If you don’t give a reason for people to buy now, they won’t. Use urgency and scarcity whenever you can. But don’t bullshit. Reputation is more important than revenue.
• Discounts do not sell anywhere near as much as price rises.

@GrammarHippy • It's 100x easier to sell something you believe in. This is true for ideas just as much products.
• Metaphors and analogies help your reader understand your product. Always keep an eye out for interesting comparisons. https://t.co/cJ1lbVOrj9

@GrammarHippy • Always give your fans more things to buy. They want to pay you more.
• To write a salespage, meet your reader where they're at then lead them to your solution. Ask, ‘what do they need to believe before they purchase’.

@GrammarHippy • Confusion is a killer. Go through every sentence and ask, ‘What the hell do I mean?'. Say that instead.
• People respond to authority. If you have none, borrow it. Share ideas from celebrities and high status figures to support your message.

@GrammarHippy • Long form will always outperform short form - but only if you can keep your reader interested.
• If you use numbers and statistics, follow up with graphs and tables saying the same thing. 2x the proof to 10x the effect.

@GrammarHippy • If you want people to care, find the big idea. It can be a story, statistic, claim, proof, or unique mechanism. The best ideas combine them all.
