@ryanmouquegolf What does it mean when you can consistently stripe your 5 iron but every other club makes you look like you have never played the game a day in your life? That sums up my average loop 🫨

@ryanmouquegolf Hitting a 5-iron (or any long iron) right out of the center is one of the most satisfying things in golf.

@ryanmouquegolf This is TRUTH. I seem to hit my 24-degree hybrid about the same distance and straighter, so,
my 5 iron has been relegated to punching out under trees and bushes🤣

A quote I once heard that will ring true for everyone...
"You can't fake a 5 iron"
What does this mean?
It means that if you have some swing issues, you may be able to get away with them with your short & mid irons (SW - 6 iron)...
But once you start hitting 5 iron or more, h

@ryanmouquegolf We actually prefer the checkerboard pattern. When players take divots in a straight line, they dig deeper and it takes longer for the turf to repair. We have so much space that we ask golfers to spread out their divots. Obviously, not practical for most practice a

@ryanmouquegolf Thanks for the tip Ryan. Love these short vids. I’ll eventually contact you for some tweaks in my game, just figuring a few things on my own and don’t have a ton of time to golf at the moment, but I’ll get there 👊🏼

I've "only" done 7 single lessons with Cory
I'd prefer to have more communication with players, however I understand that not everyone can commit to a plan & have ongoing instruction so I offer some different programs for those who don't want "unlimited"
Cory has shown that

Happy learned how to LEAN!
Here's one of my students working on adding more shaft lean at impact.
The image on the left is the "before". Shaft leaning slightly backwards at impact, adding loft, fat shot, ball going left
The image on the right is the "after". Shaft leaning more

If you suffer from an OPEN club face during your takeaway, this is a great visual for you
Place a tee on your club face with some bluetac. When you take the club back, point the tee more down at the ground. This will help strengthen your face & help encourage some shaft lean at

@ryanmouquegolf In my last year with you I've gone from 20+ to 13.4 and I'm confident that will continue to drop. I took lessons at the PGA store and golf galaxy prior with no real improvement.

We might need to educate Kevin Hart on how to hit balls at the range to protect the grass a little more 😬😂 https://t.co/rnXPdgkikw

@ryanmouquegolf For my money, the best golf instructor on Twitter. Best explanation of the weight shift move from the top of the downswing there is. Now I look for it when I watch golf. I was taught 'turn in a barrel' which killed my ability to hit the ball first.

Been absolutely pumping on YouTube over the past couple of months
I'll be honest... I kinda gave up on YouTube for a while. Reason being is I was just doing the same golf tip videos as everyone else & hoping that would gain traction
It didn't
So I hired a team to help me & now

@ryanmouquegolf Seems like an expensive solution vs one of those blowup balls on a strap you can get on Amazon. Is it really worth the difference?

One of the training aids I use on a daily basis is the ProsendR Widener
A lot of golfers find it difficult to turn the body correctly so with this training aid on, you HAVE TO turn the body effectively if you want to create good backswing structure
It has so many benefits, so h
