@ryanmouquegolf We actually prefer the checkerboard pattern. When players take divots in a straight line, they dig deeper and it takes longer for the turf to repair. We have so much space that we ask golfers to spread out their divots. Obviously, not practical for most practice a

@ryanmouquegolf For my money, the best golf instructor on Twitter. Best explanation of the weight shift move from the top of the downswing there is. Now I look for it when I watch golf. I was taught 'turn in a barrel' which killed my ability to hit the ball first.
