JJ Redick answers criticism the Lakers have overcommitted to certain players by giving them longer contracts: "the market is the market." He noted some players have a market that allows you to sign them for shorter term deals, some require longer deals to get them on your roster. 15.8K views · 67 likes · 3 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

Every segment we did this summer on various teams, talking about “who should start at QB?” my answer was “it doesn’t matter, because they’re both going to start with the rate QBs get hurt.” It’s sad how predictable it’s gotten. 120.3K views · 414 likes · 14 reposts · 47 replies Open on X →

That sentence “X-rays were negative” doing a lot of work. Glad it doesn’t sound as serious as it could have been for Jaxson Dart. 47.5K views · 52 likes · 4 reposts · 7 replies Open on X →

#Giants QB Jaxson Dart is believed to have suffered a sprained MCL based on the initial exams, sources tell me and @MikeGarafolo. X-Rays were negative and the MRI is coming Tuesday. Dart is expected to miss some time, though in general, positive news. https://t.co/re7lr0aGXX

@Rachel__Nichols Raps would have at least repeated, Masai would still be here, OG for sure, maybe Nick, Pascal, Freddie and Norm. No Scotty. No Knicks ring. No OKC ring. No Shai MVP's. All what ifs because Kawhi left when she should have stayed to defend. A signing that truly sho 86K views · 44 likes · 5 reposts · 2 replies Open on X →

Now that Kawhi is heading right back where he started before LA signed him, it’s bonkers to think about how much of recent NBA History would have changed had he instead just stayed with the Raptors the whole time. Shai never goes to OKC, which makes it much less likely the 381.8K views · 3.3K likes · 246 reposts · 129 replies Open on X →

The horror for any of us who were at Ground Zero in the hours after the 9/11 attacks was when we realized it was a recovery mission instead of a rescue. There weren’t a mass of survivors among the rubble. Just bodies, and body parts. Every once in a while, one of the fire chiefs

@Rachel__Nichols @AdamSchein You can’t vacate anything when cheating was rampant in the league, and it’s a slippery slope. How many Yankees World Series championships get vacated due to steroids? Dodgers with all this fraud going on? Astros were just made an example of. 1.7K views · 51 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

@AdamSchein I'm still mystified why that World Series win wasn't vacated. So...we have proof that you cheated in order to win, you admit you cheated in order to win, and our response to that is to... let the win stand. What? 77.9K views · 540 likes · 26 reposts · 151 replies Open on X →

To do so, the Clippers will have to take the NBA to court, since the league considers this decision final & not up for any internal arbitration. 43.3K views · 64 likes · 9 reposts · 10 replies Open on X →
