This is the shady forest light that relieves pain, soothes anxiety, and heals the body.
It is rich in near infrared (NIR), ultraviolet (UV), and green wavelengths.
The NIR & UV are invisible to your eyes, but your body knows they're there.

@seagertp This is where mechanism and evidence need to be separated.
Vitamin D status clearly matters for immune development, especially early in life. The cold-exposure pathway is fascinating, but it’s still much less established in humans.
Interesting hypothesis. Worth studyi

Rates of Type 1 diabetes are lowest near the equator, where UVB sunlight for making Vitamin D is most abundant.
Populations living at more extreme latitudes can substitute cold exposure for sunshine, to stimulate the production of UVB by mitochondria in brown fat... but they htt

@seagertp Wow, there must be a far higher rate of DM1 around the equator and diminishing rates as you move towards the poles with this logic.

Jeffrey Hartford has a tumor on his kidney.
His Doctor implored him to undergo surgery.
Jeffrey refused.
He decided to treat himself with ketosis, light hygiene, ivermectin, fenben, & ice baths.
Is he fearless, or a fool?

Vitamin D steers development of the immune system. Insufficiency in the first year of life elevates risk of Type 1 diabetes.
Cold can help.
During cold exposure, mitochondria make UVB light inside brown fat cells that convert 7DHC to previtamin D.

Long-lasting gains from exercise were obtained when muscles were conditioned with near infrared (NIR) light before and after training.
Compared the the placebo group, the NIR conditioned subjects made gains in endurance, VO2max, and fat loss that were ~3x faster at 8 weeks. http

Photobiomodulation with NIR prior to training results in much greater fat loss over 12 weeks, compared to placebo.
If you're asking yourself "Why hasn't someone told me this before?" then you're not alone.

When you must exercise indoors, adding panels with wavelengths that boost your training gains, care for your skin, erase cellulite, and support your Vitamin D will make your workout much, much more effective than training under the blue lights of the typical gym.

Preconditioning muscles with NIR prior to exercise results in 3x faster gains in endurance, compared to placebo.
The people who sell you memberships to fluorescent-lit, indoor mall gyms will never tell you this.

This experimental treadmill provided 850nm Nearinfrared (NIR) LED light therapy to menopausal women 50-60 yrs old while walking.
Women in the LED group experienced improved muscle power output & greater endurance than women in the control group.
I am not making this up. https:/
