In FY'22, cost per trip spiked even higher ($67.48) after ridership cratered during Covid
Before Covid, cost per trip was $15.35, which feels much more reasonable
Ridership hasn't meaningfully recovered — in FY'24 it was at 38% its pre-Covid peak! — though it's improved a bit
