I work at an FQHC. We bill Medicaid and my patients pay $0 out of pocket to see me. I choose to work there because I think it’s important to provide excellent care to people who can’t pay $700/month for concierge medicine by doctors who don’t believe in the flu shot. 🙄

@DrSarahAxelrath Thank goodness! I struggled with continuing on here too but I have learned so much. There are issues but experts have been overwhelmingly generous with sharing their knowledge. And that’s hard to replace and near impossible to find now days.
