I am building an Apple HealthKit app to just export all data from Apple Health (therefore all the other apps!) and put it on the cloud so my agent can read form it.

For years, Opendoor's renos were done based on Google docs. Every home, regardless of its peculiarities, renovated to more or less the same standard.
As of today, machines are starting to draft the plan on a home by home basis. I'm nearly certain this is a first in the world.
