Last week, we filed an amicus brief in a Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court carry permit denial case. Today, we have filed a very similar brief in a New Jersey Firearm Purchaser Identification Card (FPIC) denial case. FPICs are required to possess a firearm in New Jersey. https
