@PGC1a_RB What keeps me interested in tumor metabolism is the exhaust rather than the intake. Glycolysis dumps lactate and acid into the tissue and both of those shut down T cells and NK cells sitting right there. That is the reason to care about glucose in a tumor. Starving it was never
