@HCH_Hill It's not the equivalent. A jury can nullify even if the prosecutor and judge think there's a case. But a jury can't convict unless there's also a prosecutor willing to prosecute and a judge willing to not dismiss. The closer opposite equivalent to nullification is being framed.
