Did you know the DPT shot injured so many children that Big Pharma threatened to stop making vaccines?
That’s how you lost the right to sue them.
Japan had the same problem.
But instead of protecting Pharma, they delayed the DPT shot until age 2, and what happened next was so

My son broke his arm recently.
Four hours in the emergency room for the doctor to move his arm around and say, "yep looks like he broke it" and send for x-rays and give him some Tylenol.
$7700 (being self employed we are self pay patients)
Private clinic for two followup

You likely have a lot more fat on your body than you think.
Most people I talk to massively underestimate how much weight they should lose.
Setting small goals is fine, but for most health conditions the best thing you can do is get lean.

@DrRichHuntsman Doing everything you suggested. It’s working. A1c from 11.2 on drugs to 5.5 off all drugs. Resting heart rate from the 80s to 58. Clearly more work to do on the belly fat. It’s so stubborn https://t.co/15QdjB4ima

9. Use apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) can help lower blood sugar and reduce the insulin response. Diabetics who add ACV to their meals average increase their weight loss. It also aids in digestion. Add 1 tbsp to water 2-3 times per day, preferably before meals.

8. Get plenty of sleep
People who sleep less are more likely to be overweight. Not getting enough sleep:
- Increases insulin resistance
- Increases cortisol
- Slows down metabolism
Go to bed with enough time to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Do not compromise your sleep.

7. Decrease stress levels
Increased stress increases cortisol. Higher cortisol levels drive fat to be stored in your abdomen. Cortisol also increases appetite and sugar cravings.
Ways to reduce cortisol:
Yoga
Resistance training
Taking short walks throughout the day

6. Limit alcohol
Heavy alcohol consumption significantly increases your risk of developing central obesity (belly fat). There is a reason it is called a “beer belly”. If you want to lose belly fat consider drinking only in moderation or, better yet, abstaining completely.

5. No sugary drinks
Sugary drinks are the absolute worst thing for your health. They are full of fructose which is instantly turned into fat. When the liver is full of fat it has to deposit that fat elsewhere, primarily the belly. Fruit juices are included and should be avoided.

You can get these benefits just by working out at home. Spend 15 minutes a day doing pushups, pullups, and body squats. Another great option is resistance bands. You can get a whole body workout done in 20 minutes utilizing a $50 set of bands.

3. Fasting
Fasting is one of the easiest ways to:
- Decrease insulin resistance
- Cut down how much you are eating
- Burn fat
Make fasting a regular part of your routine. Start with skipping breakfast a few times a week and one 24 hour fast every week.

Get your protein primarily from animal sources. Beef, eggs, and poultry all contain high quality protein. Whey protein can also be used if needed, but be careful often whey proteins come with a bunch of sugar.

2. Focus on protein
Protein is the foundation of a healthy diet. Eating higher protein will keep you full longer, reduce sugar cravings and crashes, and increase and maintain muscle mass as you lose weight.

1. Low carb
Carbs and sugar raise insulin and cortisol levels. This combination increases belly fat. To lose belly fat you need to drop your insulin levels. Carbs have the highest impact on insulin versus protein and fat. Start by eating less than 75g per day.
