@EcgsOnly This is 100% diagnostic of posterolateral OMI, though it is subtle. Cath lab now. There are many bad interpretations below. You guys all need to use the @PMcardioApp or your patients will lose a lot of myocardium. The Queen of Hearts gets it with an output of 1.00,
