@melbournecoal How much is people renting or staying in their existing homes while they wait for the 1.7M+ in-process home builds to complete? Some spec but many are pre-sold with owners waiting somewhere. Could add supply to both rentals and existing homes for sale

@melbournecoal @jeannasmialek Quick thought on the chart - maybe a line chart or area bars but with positive bars for months with gains? The area shading makes me want to sum the area under the curve (in this case, over), which leads to the wrong conclusion. Small nit
