The investigation is led by Dept of Homeland Security, State Dept and prosecutors from SDNY.

One focus is possible visa fraud. Many of Shen Yun's performers are training in the US on student visas.
We previously reported that Shen Yun arranged romantic relationships for its foreign students with US citizens, which former performers believed were for visa purposes.
