Education is a public good. Contrary to Brahmanical faith, you net-gain when others are also as educated as you are.
The world spends 6% of GDP on education. UPA planned to spend 3%. Modi spends less than 1% of GDP on education.
Is that clear enough?

Modi has shrunk the school system for rural poor under our very noses and capped spending on all education for last 7 years.
