Depression was kicking my ass and the toxic relationship I was in only added fuel to the fire. I was smoking so much that I was barely ever sober enough to create content. I used to go shopping knowing I didn’t have the money to spend. Anything for that feeling of euphoria.

My GI bill was up so I started to create a lot more content. With YouTube, you have to reach a threshold of at least $100 to get paid. I finally started surpassing that threshold consistently! I only had two years to get out of my aunt and uncle’s house, that was it.

I left that apartment and moved back in with my aunt and uncle. 28 years old, sleeping on a twin sized bunk bed with my 2 year old daughter and my 3 year old son when he visited. This is what really pushed me. This is when I created my best and most content! I got on my grind!

4 years ago, I was sitting in my apartment with my daughter with less than $20 to my name to get me through 11 more days of the month. I couldn’t bring myself to ask for help. My friend had to force me to accept his help. I kept thinking I’d just figure it out on my own
