Truth may be buried for a while — but it always rises.
People aren’t blind. They know the difference between justice and vendetta.

A final warning from RaGa in 2024:
"One day BJP will fall…
And those misusing agencies will be investigated & punished so brutally,
No one will dare do BJP’s dirty work again.
This is my guarantee." 🗿🔥 https://t.co/e8WbeWVMpH

So why reopen this case?
This same case was dismissed in 2015.
Modi Govt reopened it only to target the Gandhi family.
Because they fear Rahul Gandhi's voice.
But Rahul didn’t flinch — he invited ED:
“Chai & biscuits on me!” ☕😂 https://t.co/JBVvs8TEMV

What about NH’s properties?
🚫 NH’s properties were never transferred
🚫 AJL still owns all its assets
🚫 Congress or Young India gained nothing
The narrative about ₹2000 Cr “property grab” is a total lie.

So… money laundering?
Absolutely not.
Young India is a not-for-profit company.
Its directors, including Rahul Gandhi, received zero personal benefit.
There was no misuse, only a rescue mission.

Where did ₹90 Cr go?
Every rupee went to legitimate, documented expenses:
🔹 ₹67 Cr – staff salaries & VRS
🔹 ₹23 Cr – pending bills & office dues
All payments were audited and submitted to the Election Commission.

What exactly happened?
Congress assigned the ₹90 crore debt of AJL to Young India for ₹50 lakhs.
💥 No property was transferred
💥 No financial benefit was taken
💥 No profit was made
Only debt was transferred — that’s it.

Why did AJL face losses?
By 2008, AJL had over ₹90 crore in debt due to years of non-profit publishing.
To protect this national legacy, Congress created a not-for-profit firm — Young India — in 2010.

What is National Herald?
Founded by Congress in 1937 under AJL, National Herald was never meant for profit.
It was the voice of India’s freedom struggle, run with Congress funds, not commercial intent. https://t.co/Gk7fCrqp0u

Congress ruled India for 54+ years since Independence.
And yet, Modi Govt could only find ONE fake case to target us — the National Herald Case 😂
