The Vale of Glamorgan and Bridgend has been let down. Many voted Reform to stop Plaid Cymru and their relentless pursuit of independence. Now, Sarah Cooper-Lesadd, top of Reform’s candidate list here, has defected to them. @AndrewRTDavies will always stand up to separatism. ht

If Reform voters in the Vale and Bridgend knew they were electing a separatist, they would’ve voted Conservative instead. I made a clear election pledge not to prop up Plaid because they want to break up Britain. Sarah’s behaviour has angered many constituents. 5.8K views · 96 likes · 16 reposts · 27 replies Open on X →

The Vale of Glamorgan and Bridgend is proudly British. An overwhelming majority backed parties explicitly against Welsh independence. I can provide an absolute assurance that those who voted for Sarah did not think they were voting for separatism. https://t.co/sQdFEx1PBI
