@DFCapodanno Interesting take. LAAO is associated with a significant reduction in bleeding events and would be a favourable approach in HBR patients, especially those with CKD. The clinical meaningful absolute excess is low for ischemic stroke risk 0.5% (1/PY), using a Bayesian.
