“Omg Ariel why are you so angry???”
I’m angry because if done right, tokenized stocks can change the game.
Instead of focusing on companies doing it correctly, now people will be focused on this snake oil salesman market.
It’s all so tiring.

I’ve been yelling this into the void for months.
Most tokenized “stocks” are hopium and hot air. They are not the shares. They are not issued by the company. They are not redeemable for the actual equity.

Ok so we all know the social media side of Daejon Love’s long con, the fake 49ers career and the flexing. But the affidavit allegedly spells out something far more calculated underneath…

I got my hands on the Affidavit of the FBI Special Agent in support of the arrest and criminal charges of Daejon Love and Taylor Chan.

Leon Black just sued the House Oversight Committee in D.C. federal court to kill two Epstein-probe subpoenas… one for his NDAs and one for a sworn deposition he skipped TODAY.
The complaint’s core theory is classic congressional-power law: aka the subpoenas are “invalid to the h

@GivnerAriel We need a truly decentralized stablecoin on a decentralized, censorship-resistant blockchain.
That’s the dream. That is the need.

UPDATE - It appears that the $42.4M Tether freeze in this suit stems from a North Carolina pig-butchering case.
HSI Raleigh opened it from a victim tip: romance/investment fraud, fake trading platform, then layering through wallets so the stolen USDT would look clean.

Was a pleasure to assist @fukupapers and the entire $TROLL team to make this happen.
