@In_Sane_Saint Firstly, what is pure vegetarian? Many in the South are vegetarian too. We just call it vegetarian. Second, just go to parties and get used to the smell of different foods. That’s called growing up. Finally, we’re equally disgusted by “Jain” as a surname.

@In_Sane_Saint Bar, smoking etc is unhealthy but is no way a character certificate. Have met tons of folks who had some or the other addiction but are genuinely good human beings. On the other hand, have met folks going to temple, doing all sorts of 'daan' etc are horrible human

went for the session, tried running in bits and pieces, pain is 1/10 now, so will get back slowly and gradually, no rush, also didn’t record the run today as I was not sure if I will be able to run, but must have done 2-3 kms of run/walk, followed by some Lats exercises today. I
