Hours ago, Mexico reported new birth data, and fertility in 2024 was a shocking 1.23 births per woman, lower than any US state. Mexico City's fertility was 0.79 and several regions had a TFR of around 1.0. The least fertile US state is Vermont at 1.30. New map by @FamStudies. h
