That's what our new facility in Torrance will do: Add dedicated production lines for our existing products: Portal, the phased array we use for tracking and control, and Prism, the dish we use for SATCOM and mission data.

Our Portal phased array is the best example. The components are small enough to fly in the belly of a 747 as regular cargo. Put enough of them together on site, and you get the same gain as a 7.3m dish.

Ground stations have been slow to build because each one is built bespoke, from scratch. Long lead times for parts, integration to the network done by hand, calibration for each site. Adding capacity one station at a time, timelines pileup from months to years.
