Flew Muscat→Chittagong on 29 April & still haven’t received my 2 checked-in bags it’s been 7 days now.
Extremely frustrated with such poor service. No proper response, no updates.

@SalamAir Worst airline ever customer service is non existent & planes are filthy. I've been trying for a week to contact Salam to change a flight now Im back in Jeddah from Socotra & contacted staff are rude, have hung up on me & even website didn't work to change booking.
