@aclmeeting @ReviewAcl If a submission can’t “pay” for itself by providing a qualified service contributor, authors shouldn’t still be allowed to submit 20 papers and rely on the lottery. Cap them at one or two. Otherwise, how is this actually sustainable? 910 views · 9 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →
Additionally, per-author quotas are introduced, where authors are capped at 20 total submissions and 5 first-author (including shared first-author) submissions per cycle. More details wil be posted on the ACL web and here shortly. #NLProc 16.1K views · 12 likes · 1 reposts · 2 replies Open on X →

...but must vouch for the work (arXiv-endorsement style). Measures for system abuse will be implemented. For example, accounts that systematically submit or endorse low-quality work, and accounts that misuse the system in other ways, will be penalized or even banned. 2.6K views · 5 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →
